Waterproof tpu coating webbing strap

This is the TPU coating nylon webbing, which is the nylon webbing coated with thin TPU film on the two sides. Coating jacquard tubular webbing is also acceptable.

For this webbing, the outer TPU layer is black. But we have different colors of TPU film for choosing of course. For example, transparent TPU is the most popular one. Besides, we have custom colors like yellow, pink, white, etc. Some customers need the golden or silver type, that's also can be customized.

Compared with our 360-degree-coating coated webbing, the TPU coating webbing can be spill resistant, but can't be waterproof. Because the TPU film is added through high-temperature bonding on the two sides. But the two edge of nylon webbing can't be coated. This is the limit of technology and craft. However, this type of TPU coating webbing will be cheaper than coated webbing. If customer just require spill resistant property, TPU coating webbing is enough. But if they have requirements about waterproofing, abrasion resistance, mildew proofing.
