Custom pink lychee pattern waterproof silicone coated leather webbing

This is the silicone coated webbing. It's in width of 25 mm while the thickness is 4 mm. Compared with that in regular thickness, this is a type of thick coated webbing.

We choose eco-friendly silicone raw material in hardness of Shore 60A. So even the coated webbing is thick, it is won't be felt so hard. Of course, that won't be as flexible as the thinner one.

This type of silicone coated webbing is embossed with lychee pattern leather texture, which looks similar to the real leather strap. The color can be customzied according to Pantone No. 

Most of our customers choose silicone coated webbing to replace leather strap. For PU artificial leather strap, it is easy to break. For real leather strap, the cost will be higher than silicone strap. And some customers who are involved in bag and luggage industry choose coated webbing instead of traditional nylon webbing, in order to makes the bags more fashion and becomes functional.
