Custom strong TPU coated webbing for safety belt

This is a type of strong coated webbing. Firstly, the inner webbing is the one which specially used for safety belt. It's original tension can reach to 1.5 tons. Secondly, the outer coated TPU layer enhances the tension to makes the finished webbing stronger.

Why choose TPU coating? At first, TPU is a kind of eco-friendly material, which is stink-proof and skin-friendly. The second reason is that TPU coated layer can help the safety belt be abrasion resistant, waterproof, easy-to-clean and anti-aging.

Generally, we recommend glossy TPU coated webbing for safety belt. Because the glossy one owns better friction with buckles. In contrast, the matte coated webbing is to smooth to adjust seat belt length.
