Custom safety belt use tpu coated nylon webbing

This is a type of waterproof strong TPU coated webbing for safety belt. We have another yellow tpye, which is thinner and more narrow.

This gray coated webbing is combined with transparent TPU layer and colored nylon webbing belt. The inner webbing can be provided by customers. But the materials and some parameter like shrinking percentage under high temperature should be confirmed. For example, the braided inner webbing should be made of nylon or polyester. PP webbing can't pass through the high temperature machine. Besides, the shrinking percentage is also very important. It will finally impact the width and thickness of coated webbing.

Generally, we recommend Germany material for TPU layer, because it's anti-aging and anti-yellowing in grade 4-5. For this type of coated webbing, the TPU layer is glossy and transparent, which is made from polyester TPU material. We have other type with matte surface, which is made from polyether TPU.

Now, for safety belt, most of our customers choose transparent polyester TPU to coat braided webbing. The tension of TPU coated webbing in size 50mm*4mm can reach to 2 tons.
