Custom red glossy tpu coated nylon webbing strap

This is tpu coated webbing. The inner webbing is dyed in red color, while the tpu layer is clear transparent. So the texture of polyester inner webbing can be shown through the transparent TPU layer.

Traditional polyester webbing or nylon type is not easy to clean. When outer coated with TPU, the coated webbing will be waterproof, abrasion resistant and easy to clean.

This type of tpu coated nylon webbing is made from BASF Shore 80A TPU raw material. The yellowing resistance level is 4-5. So, if customers want to use coated webbing for outdoor gears, we generally recommend TPU coated webbing. Because it is not only waterproof, but also owns better property of abrasion resistance than PVC or silicone one.

Of course, TPU coated webbing will be stiffer than PVC or silicone strap.
