Flame retardant grade of plastic

Flame-retardant tpu coated webbing has a certain degree of flame retardancy. We have selected tpu coated webbing and ordinary webbing for the combustion test.

Experiments have shown that the flame-retardant webbing with added flame-retardant material burns much slower than ordinary webbing, indicating that it has a certain flame-retardant effect.

The flame retardant grade of plastic is mainly related to the burning time of the test sample and the thickness of the sample. The slower the burning time of the sample, the higher the grade, so the flame retardant grade is divided into HB, V-2, V-1, V-0.
