Silicone coated webbing leather strap for belt

This type of silicone coated webbing is in width of 34 mm and in thickness of 4 mm, which is suitable for men's belt. Because of the feature of silicone, the coated webbing belt is soft enough though it is a little bit thick compared with regular coated webbing. To make it more suitable for men's belt, we give silicone coated webbing leather texture.

After proofing and improving again and again, we now develop waterproof leather strap. The silicone coated webbing leather strap is similar to real leather strap when comes to the appearance. The two edge sides of coated webbing are even processed to make it look more like real leather. But actually silicone coated webbing owns performance which is much better than leather.

Firstly, silicone leather strap is waterproof. Water resistance is an obvious advantage of coated webbing. We don't need to worry that the webbing break or fade after sucking in water.

Secondly, silicone leather strap is wear-proof. Abraision resistance is the second important advantage of coated webbing. Then the webbing will be durable and more easy to clean with brush.

Thirdly, silicone webbing is weather resistant. Refers to the feature of silicone, silicone leather webbing can still own good performance no matter in low temperature or high temperature. It won't be broken or worn like real leather.

Next, silicone coated webbing is soft and owns good hand-feeling. Generally, TPU coated webbing will be hard if it is in such a thick type. But silicone webbing can be soft because the hardness of silicone material is range from Shore 30A-80A. Another point is that real leather strap will be sticky when it roll up or fold up for a period of months. But silicone coated webbing will still be smooth.

Silicone leather strap can be as luxury as real strap. When the metal buckles assembled on the strap, you will find it true.
