Glossy glass look TPU coated webbing strap

This is the new design TPU coated webbing strap. It is the blue jacquard weaved webbing outer coated with clear transparent TPU layer. The webbing shows us glass look candy style, which refers to the extreme transparent TPU layer. Of course, the only transparent TPU can't show glass look. The TPU layer supposed to be thick enough. Through the refraction of light, the TPU webbing becomes dainty and exquisite. Just like a lovely candy.

To produce such type of coated webbing, material is the first important element. Why choose TPU but not PVC? TPU is the transparent elastomer, which can be processed into transparent products without any additive. However, PVC is the hard plastic originally. It should be added additive to make it soft enough to make a piece of webbing. Then, PVC coated webbing won't be as transparent as TPU one.

In addition, performance of yellowing resistance is another point to many plastic products. It is also one factor that customers will consider about. Actually, plastic products will get yellow one day inevitably. The difference is only earlier or later. If we are going to produce coated webbing in light color or such a transparent type, the coating material will be asked for good anti-yellowing performance. Unless you plan to make a type of webbing in dark color. Therefore, we choose TPU raw material from Germany or Japan. These two types of TPU material own good anti-yellowing performance, which can reach the anti-yellowing class in grade 4-5. After all, the ordinary material can only reach to grade 2-3.

Within the experienced technology, the inner jacquard webbing is in the middle of the whole coated webbing. Besides, there are no dots or scratches on surface. If customers like other colors, we can color the TPU layer to make it more like a candy.
