New colors

TPU has its original color, transparent. If we need TPU webbing with different colors like green, purple or any other colors, we have to add colorant into TPU material. However, adding colorant is not as easy as we have thought. Because of the difficulty of TPU processing, colored TPU webbing may has uneven color. Besides, most colored products will inevitably have chromatic aberration. For example, a piece of failed orange TPU webbing may be the result of incorrect operation.

Last month, SUNMOLIN issued new TPU webbing with color card. We issued 16 colors, including 8 colors in macaron series and 8 colors in solid series. New color card as follow:

The colors above show the real effect on TPU webbing. Because they are not painted by software but photographed from new product samples. The colors can not only used for embossed TPU webbing but also for other TPU coated webbing with any pattern.
