Flourescent green 25 mm tpu coated webbing

TPU coated webbing in width of 25 mm is the common size. The regular color is solid black. But flourescent green is the new special color. In the past, some manufacturer dyed nylon webbing in flourecent green. We also have the polyurethane coated webbing that coating dyed nylon webbing with clear transparent TPU layer. But this type of flourecent green webbing is made from translucent TPU layer and white inner nylon webbing, which requires higher coating technology.

With the developed technique, when producing glossy coated webbing, there is no obvious difference between the clear TPU coated webbing and translucent TPU coated webbing. On contrast, when producing matte one, translucent TPU coated webbing will show better color than clear TPU one. After all, matte semi-transparent TPU layer will cover some details of inner webbing. No matter for clear TPU webbing or translucent colored one.

However, flourescent translucent colored TPU webbing has a shortage: the color may transfer. That's the feature of flourescent toner. So don't store flouresent TPU webbing next to other colored webbing.
