Custom printed PVC coated nylon webbing

This is a type of PVC coated webbing. Compared with lots of PVC webbing, this strap owns clear transparent PVC layer and printed polyester webbing. We chose the PVC material in hardness of Shore 60A and didn't add any color master batch. For the inner webbing, the pattern is printed by heat transfer printing technology.

Within the outer coated PVC layer, the webbing is waterproof and easy to clean. However, PVC webbing is generally easy to absorb dust on surface, which is easy to get durty and the hand-feeling is not very good. That's the charactor of PVC material. But Sunmolin solve the problem through the special surface treatment. That has no connection with processing aids. Within the surface treatment technology, the PVC coated webbing becomes smooth and owns good hand-feeling like silicone webbing.
