Choose a good TPU coated webbing straps

1.  High quality raw material

On one side, TPU coated webbing straps from Sunmolin use SGS TPU raw material. We refuse to use reclaimed materials. Therefore, our coated webbing has stable physical property and wouldn't release powder in short time.

On the other side, Sunmolin choose high quality strong polyester braided webbing as inner webbing. It helps coated webbing has good strength.

2. Good appearance

With the effort of our developing department, Sunmolin developed new coated webbing straps  with new technology. Compared with traditional coated webbing , new coated webbing has better appearance. For example, new coated webbing straps has more embossed pattern, even laser. There are dozens of pattern for choose. Another feature is that new coated webbing has two different finish for different sides. Customers can choose two different pattern on two opposite sides. Or choose on pattern for one side, matte or glossy finish for another side. Shiny laser TPU coated webbing gives your products more inventiveness and possibility.

3. Good peel strength

Sunmolin coated webbing has good peel strength, which means that the outer coated TPU is not easy to be peeled off like banana peel. It is good for punching and assembling.

4. No smell

Eco-friendly TPU material makes coated webbing stink-proof and waterproof. Now, many automotive interiors and medical instruments use TPU. TPU coated webbing does no harm to people's health.
